1. Does Forever Life ship to Canada?
Yes, our company ships to Canada, but payments must be made in USD. Canadian customers are subject to GST and PST.


2. How much does shipping cost?
The standard charge for shipping on most products is $6.95; however, shipping charge on order over $100 is free.


3. How long does it take to receive orders?
For customers in the US, it takes approximately 3-5 business days after we process your order successfully.

For international customers, it takes approximately 5-15 business days after we process your order successfully. 


4. Can I have my order sent to my P.O. Box?
Yes, we do ship orders to P.O. Boxes.


5. I just placed my order, when will Forever Life charge my Credit card?
When we successfully process your order and place the shipping label on your package, we will charge your credit card. When you place your order,  we authorize your card to make sure your credit card is valid for the transaction. If not, we will contact you until the appropriate credit card information is confirmed. 


6. How do I pay? Is it secure?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.  We employ the strongest and most secure security team to develop the website and to process your order. Your personal financial information is necessary to complete your transaction. After the transaction has been made, we do not and will not keep your credit card information. That being said, you will have to provide your credit card info every time you make a purchase. 


7. Can I send in a check to pay for my order?
Yes, if you wish to pay by check, please make sure to mail the check to the following address: Forever Life, PO BOX 17036 Anaheim CA 92817.


8. Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can call our customer service at 1-888-979-1888. 


9. I have previously ordered from Forever Life through phone. Do I need to register again to place order through the website?
You need to register/create an account the first time you place your order through the website, even though you may have ordered via phone before.


10. I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?
If you have forgotten your password, you can have your new one emailed to you. Simply go to My Account, and click on the Forgot Password link. Then you can enter the email address that you registered for the account and have the password emailed to you right away. It usually takes just a few minutes for you to get the new password.


11. Can I have a shipping address that is separate from my billing address?
Yes, you can. Many of our customers have their packages delivered to their workplaces or to their family members. When you enter your shipping address, you could select the No radial button if you wish to enter differently for Billing and Shipping addresses.
